Data on the crime of rape remain underreported in the information systems, although they occur on a daily basis and, often, in a situation related to work, as typical cases in the place where the work activities are carried out or on the way to or from the return route of the workplace. The present study aims to analyze a case of rape that culminated with its notification as a work accident on the road and the issue of a Work Accident Report (CAT), becoming relevant, as it can be used as an educational tool professional for assertive notification in information systems that, in turn, provide data that will support the formulation of public policies aimed at tackling sexual violence against women.
