Based on the intersectionality of social relations of gender, race and class, this article discusses inequalities in precarious work, without an employment relationship and without rights, carried out through outsourcing, self-employment and in the sphere of informality, in Brazil, in the period from 2020 to the beginning of 2023. The problem refers to the increase in the number of black women heads of families in reproductive work (salaried domestic), working in conditions analogous to slavery, and the intensification of poverty rates among the poorest population. vulnerable. With an interdisciplinary approach and bearing in mind deductive reasoning, the objective is to indicate how the invention of race as an instrument of domination and social division of human beings, created a global pattern of work control, making possible the colonization of relationships that extends and deepens in Brazil, until 2023. As conclusions, it is verified that the global standard of control of work makes possible, from the social relations of gender-race-work-class, the intensification of domination and exploitation in the contemporary world of work.
