Domestic violence is a reality for many women who, when experiencing this situation, have different aspects of their lives altered, both in their interpersonal and emotional relationships, and in aspects related to the lack of income to continue the life cycle. This article presents a process of professional reorientation developed with three unemployed women, aged between 46 and 56 years, based on six group meetings, from the perspective of Behavior Analysis in knowledge of Psychology. The activity was developed at the Women's Service Center (CAM) in the municipality of Paranaíba-MS. Participatory methodologies were used and their personal stories were worked on: self-knowledge, profession, and identification of personal skills. As a result, it was noted that the participants got to know each other better and questioned themselves about what they like to do. At the end of the process, they expressed feeling more confident to embark on the journey of a job search, now more aware of their skills and plans for future achievements in their lives.
