Fuel distribution workers are at risk of accidents (such as fires and explosions) and health (exposure to chemicals). Benzene, toluene and xylene, products that make up gasoline are highly toxic, carcinogenic and, depending on the conditions, can undergo changes and become more aggressive. The fact that gas stations are also located in urban areas, alongside homes, reinforces the need for more rigorous security in all formalized processes and activities. The good application of NR 20 accidents avoids credit distributors and guarantees everyone's safety and health. The standard makes a risk analysis that facilitates the identification of problems. Based on the requirements of NR 20 and the guidelines of the reference guide for the implementation of NR 20 in service stations, prepared by FECOMBUSTÍVEIS, a script was created to make and document as evidence of compliance with the 45 requirements of the standard, with the objective of consolidating the medical record of the installation of the studied station. As a result, we obtained the Installation Record of the filling station.
