This article analyzes the weaknesses of the uberization of work, including discrimination, lack of security and food difficulties of Motoboys/girls e Bike boys/ girls. It presents results of empirical research based on the experience of app delivery drivers themselves, in the Federal District. To this end, the results raised show the contradictions of flexibility, collaboration, and autonomy present in the rhetoric of companies through digital platforms. Management, organization, and control are part of a combo of neoliberal policies, based on the labor of “collaborators”. This combo covers discrimination, insecurity, and health risks. Finally, this article considers the need for policies that introduce security and rights for the couriers in the parameters of the app companies.
